Who we are: We are a team of top producing agents who are currently looking to add 2 motivated realtors who have done at least 5 deals in the last 12 months and who want to earn 6 figures per year. Will consider new agents if they are hardworking.

Qualities we are looking for:

• The person has to be ethical of the highest integrity
• Someone who wants to make at least $200,000 per year
• Someone who is not afraid of the phone (past direct sales experience preferred)
• Clean cut and professional
• Someone who has done at least 5 deals and doesn't need help with figuring out real estate basics
• Someone who is eager and hungry
• Someone who values not having a lot to do beside real estate sales
• Someone who doesn't complain or has a lot of excuses
• People who want to learn and are committed to education. (we have a lot of training)

What We Offer:

• Fresh leads every month including expired homes with phone numbers

• Administrative services (admin staff who will help with paper work and client communications)

• We book your home tours

• We help with contract creation (9-5 pm m - f)

• Low Office fees ($450 per month, no deal fees, you pay your board fees)

• Coverage when you travel (2 weeks)
